Always Canada Group (the "Company", "we", "us", "our") is a Canadian immigration consultancy regulated by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

  • Immigration history: previous applications, refusals, status documents

  • Sensitive information: medical exams, police certificates, financial documents — only when required for your application
  • Website usage: via cookies, analytics, and our chatbot (Jay) for support purposes

  • To prepare and submit immigration applications on your behalf
  • To communicate with IRCC, ESDC, provincial nominee programs, and CBSA
  • To respond to your inquiries and provide consultations
  • To send service updates relevant to your file
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations (CICC, FINTRAC, CRA)

Who we share information with

We only share your information with:

  • Government authorities — IRCC, ESDC, provincial governments, CBSA — as required for your application
  • Third-party service providers — credential evaluators (WES, ICAS), translators, panel physicians — only as needed for your case
  • Our regulators — CICC and CICA — only when required for compliance audits
  • Legal authorities — only if compelled by court order or regulatory requirement

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

How we protect your information

  • All data transmitted via our secure client portal is encrypted (TLS 1.2+)
  • Files are stored in Canadian data centers
  • Access is restricted to your assigned consultant and authorized support staff
  • Retention follows CICC requirements (typically 7 years post-case-closure)

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccuracies in your information
  • Withdraw consent (subject to legal/contractual obligations)
  • File a complaint with our office or with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada
